How palmir collects, uses and protects your information, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

Who we are

palmir: palmir (بالمير) sells dates and products made from dates, from Buraydah, Al-Qassim, through pallmir.com. We decide how your information is used. Contact: hello@pallmir.com or WhatsApp +966 55 077 1661.

To deliver your order: Your name, mobile number, delivery address, map pin, short national address (if you give it) and what you ordered. Without these we cannot deliver.
Email (optional): Only if you type it at checkout: we send your receipt and order updates to it.
Gifts: If you send a gift: the recipient’s name and mobile number (the driver calls them), the delivery day and your card message.
WhatsApp: Order updates for orders you placed. If you type your number at checkout and leave without ordering, one reminder an hour later. If you tap “Tell me” on a sold-out item, one message when it is back. About 3 weeks after delivery, one “running low?” message. Send “stop” (إيقاف) at any time and reminders end; order updates continue.
Chatting with us on WhatsApp: Your messages are answered by our assistant, an AI service that works only from our own information, and by our team. It looks up an order only for the number that placed it.
Reviews: If you write a review: the name and city you type, your rating and your words. We publish it only after checking it, with no phone or order number.
On your phone: Your basket, language and whether you have ordered before are kept in your own browser so the shop remembers them. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Site statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Basis: We use your information to carry out the order you asked for, to meet our legal duties (such as keeping sales records), and with your consent for reminders and reviews. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Delivery: The courier receives your name, phone and address to deliver the order.
Service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and storage), Google (our order sheet), Meta (WhatsApp messages), Anthropic (the chat assistant), and Moyasar (card payments, once online payment is switched on). Some of them store data outside Saudi Arabia; we use them only as the law allows and only for the purposes above.
Never: We do not sell your information and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising.

Orders: For as long as Saudi commercial and tax rules require us to keep sales records.
Saved basket: 7 days.
WhatsApp chats: Up to 90 days, unless an order or a complaint needs them longer.
“Tell me” list: Until we send the message, or 12 months.
Reviews: Until you ask us to remove yours.

What you can ask: To know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it (where the law allows), and to stop reminders. Write to hello@pallmir.com or WhatsApp us; we answer within 30 days.

Security: The site runs only over HTTPS. Our order tools are behind a sign-in with a one-time code, and each team member sees only what their role needs. We never see or store your card details.

Under 18: Our shop is for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent to order for you.

Updates: If we change this policy, the new version appears here with its date. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
