Returns and refunds

Something wrong with your order: Tell us within 3 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full. Send a photo on WhatsApp, that is all we need.
Unopened boxes: Returnable within 7 days of delivery, provided the seal is intact and the box is in its original condition.
Opened food: For food-safety reasons we cannot take back an opened box unless the product is faulty.
Refund time: mada: 1 to 3 working days. Credit cards: 7 to 14 working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Cancelling: Free to cancel any time before your order is dispatched.
Return shipping: On us when the fault is ours. These terms follow the Saudi e-commerce and consumer protection rules.

Delivery

Where: Inside Riyadh only, for now.
When: In 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed before 4pm are packed the same day; Friday orders go out Saturday.
Cost: Free on orders over SAR 149. Below that, a flat SAR 20.
Tracking: You get a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your box leaves us.
