The terms for ordering from palmir on pallmir.com: orders, prices, delivery, cancellations and reviews.
About these terms
- Agreement

Orders
- Placing an order
- Your order is received when you get its number (it looks like PM-100123). We message you on WhatsApp to confirm it; it is confirmed once we confirm it and payment is arranged.
- If we cannot fulfil it
- If an item is no longer available or a price was shown in error, we tell you before anything is charged, and you choose to change the order or cancel it in full.
Prices and payment
- Prices
- Prices are in Saudi riyals and are the ones shown in your basket when you order. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout.
- Payment
- mada, Apple Pay, stc bank, or the way we agree with you on WhatsApp. We never ask for card numbers or codes in a chat.
- Discount codes
- PALMIR20 gives 20% off a first order over SAR 99, once per customer. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless we say so.
Delivery
- Where and when
- Inside Riyadh only, in 1 to 3 working days. Orders before 4pm are packed the same day; Friday orders go out Saturday. Free over SAR 149, otherwise SAR 20. Gift orders arrive on the day you choose at checkout.
- Receiving it
- Please check the box when it arrives. If someone else receives it at the address you gave, the order counts as delivered.
Cancelling and returns
- Cancelling
- Free at any time before your order is dispatched.
- Returns
- See the returns page: anything wrong is replaced or refunded in full within 3 days; unopened boxes within 7 days.
Our products
- Natural food
- Dates are a natural product: size, colour and texture vary from box to box and season to season. Photos show a typical box. Keep them as the box says. PalmPop is announced as “coming soon” and is not on sale until we say so.
Reviews and messages
- Reviews
- Only customers whose order was delivered can review it. We publish reviews that are honest, including critical ones, and remove abuse, personal data or advertising.
- We contact you on WhatsApp about your order. Reminders are optional; send “stop” to end them.
Our responsibility
- Liability
- We stand behind every box we send, as described above. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Saudi consumer protection law.
Law and changes
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Updates
- We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you order applies. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
